Baked Brie with Blueberry Sauce Recipe
This recipe for baked Brie with blueberry sauce is easy to make and delicious to eat!
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Place a one or two-pound wheel of brie, with edible casing still on it, in a glass pie plate, which will also be the serving dish.
- Pour a can of blueberry pie filling over it, and pop it into the oven for up to ten minutes.
- When the cheese becomes soft, remove from oven. You don't want it to melt!
- Serve with crackers or slices of French bread.
Variations:
- Use cherry pie filling instead of blueberry.
- Bake the brie by itself, and serve with sliced fresh apples and/or pears. Dip the cut fruit in lemon or orange juice to help keep it from turning brown while sitting on the table. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
